I'm Christina

Trainer in NLP, Life Coaching, Hypnotherapy, & EFT. Certified Yoga instructor and Astrologer. I'm a mother of 3 and I have an amazing husband who I've been with since I was 16. I was 18 when I first got pregnant, right out of high school. So, from an early age, I was so focused on being the best wife and mom that I could be that I stopped thinking about myself and forgot who I was in the process. I let my own inner light blow out accidentally and put my life on pause.

I started expanding my curiosity, my own personal development journey after I had an identity crisis before I hit 30. I needed to figure out who I was. I needed clarity and I knew it was time to start doing something for me for a change and not feel bad about it.

I started focusing on that soul searching, finding my passion, figure out my purpose in life journey. And I found it. It all started with a little yoga and turned out to be a magical self discovery that keeps growing in abundance.I felt my inner light flicker, and I didn't want to stop. I wanted that light to burn bright for everyone around me and that's when I expanded my practice into what it is today.

This is My Story.

This aching question kept coming up for me day in a day out. What have I done for myself today, yesterday, last week, last year, for the last 20 years? Who was I, who was Christina? I felt when people looked at me they recognized me as a wife, a mother, a sister or a daughter. They didn’t see who I was as a person, just a title. And that’s how I use to see myself too. I felt lost. There was just an empty void that I felt. I went through an identity crisis before my 30’s and I realized then that I needed to figure myself out, get back to who I was or find who I wanted to be. Eventually, I put two feet forward, took the first step & did something about it!

I dove into the personal development world over a decade ago and was led to seeking transformation and expansion in my life and in others. I couldn’t stop expanding my knowledge, capabilities and curiosity. I was loving personal development and all the things I was learning about myself. I started focusing on unleashing my inner magic mind, body and soul journey. And I found it to be a magical self discovery that keeps growing in abundance.

It's not always possible to see our blind-spots, thats why having somone in your corner, who can give you an objective perspective and guide you to things you may not see is so beneficial.
